Ordering:

On-line ordering: to order, email us at shirt-maker@rachel-the-gardener.co.uk with your full name and address and your requirements, we will e-mail back to confirm the order and the price.

You can pay by internet bank transfer, by PayPal, or by posting a cheque: let us know which payment method you prefer and we'll send you the payment details.

For PayPal, we'll invoice you, so if you have an account just send us that email address: if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay that way: PayPal allow you to pay as a "guest" with your own credit card. Simple and quick!

When payment has been received, we'll get started on your shirt order: as each one is carefully, beautifully, lovingly, hand-made, it will take a couple of weeks, and we'll keep you informed of any delays.

As soon as your order is ready, it will be carefully packed and sent out to you, and you'll be emailed to let you know that it's en route.

The old-fashioned way: email us with your full name and address and your requirements, we will e-mail back to confirm the order and the price, and to give you the address to which to send payment by cheque or postal order. As soon as payment arrives, the shirt(s) will be made and dispatched, normally within a week or two: again, if there is likely to be any delay, you will be e-mailed and kept informed.
